SHIPPING PROCEDURES:
- All orders placed before 2pm EST for "in stock" merchandise will be shipped within 24 business hours (business days exclude weekends and holidays) from our New York warehouse.
- All New York City orders are considered HIGH PRIORITY on our system. The delivery truck leaves our warehouse at 1pm, Monday through Friday. Please expect delays on all orders placed on weekends. If you need immediate delivery, please call us at 1-866-738-7433, Ext 411 to check for availability of desired items.
- For all others, please allow 48 business hours for shipment. Items not available in stock at the time of purchase will be shipped out within 10 business days. Transit time for UPS is an additional 1-6 business days. Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) are shipped.
- Shipping cost is a close estimate. If actual shipping is 20% more than quoted price, we will contact
you for authorization. In cases where shipping and handling are not shown, those costs will be automatically added to your bill.
RETURNS:
All sales are FINAL. The terms below apply to ALL returned merchandise:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories. We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
- Returned items must be clean and free of animal residue or we may refuse to issue credit.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable in ALL cases.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item. In case of damaged item, please notify our office
ASAP. Keep all contents of the package, including packing material. We will contact UPS to investigate the case. In most cases, they will pickup the damaged package for inspection. A replacement item will be shipped within 5 business days from the date we were notified about the damaged item.
- In order to return an item you must contact our office by email info@petchauffeur.net with the reason for the return. After you had received an answer from one of our representatives, please print the message and attach it to the shipping carton. All items returned are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
