THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING YOUR RIDE:

Gratuity for the driver is automatically included when paying by credit card. Customary gratuity is 20%.

Waiting time charges begin after the 10 minute grace period from your reserved time has elapsed. We add $3 for every 5 minutes waiting for you outside of your home or pet facility.

Pet Transport Prices above include up to two pets.

Long distance trips are priced at $3.50 per mile, minimum of 25 miles.

Tolls will be added to quoted price for local and long distance rides.

Additional charges may apply for special services such as:

going upstairs for pickups or drop offs,

extra stops,

extra pets sharing the same ride,

use of stretcher when pets are not able to walk on their own or owner is not able to carry the pet into the car.

Surcharges may apply when car is reserved for pickups outside regular business hours or holiday dates.

Besides the pet taxi services we carry a full line of pet supplies for dogs, cats, birds, small animals, reptiles and aquariums. FREE DELIVERY is available in selected areas in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. Shipping is available nationwide by UPS.
